Ways to donate:
  1. Bring the donation to our store location at 1750 Greeley Mall (north east corner of the parking lot by the mall) Tuesday-Saturday from 11am-5pm
  2. Call (970)352-1404 and schedule a pick up for larger items in the Greeley area. We pick up Tuesday-Saturday from 11am-5pm
  3. Click on the "Donation Pick-up" tab above to schedule on-line
  4. We do ask for a suggested $15 donation when doing pickups. This helps with the cost of fuel. If you cannot afford the donation, do not worry. Its only a suggested donation and is not a requirement. We appreciate whatever you can give to help GAHFH Home Improvement ReStore.

Donate your CAR and help build homes for families in need.

We will take cars in their current condition and you will receive a tax donation receipt.  The proceeds from your car will go back into Habitat For Humanity to help build homes and hopes for families in the Greeley Area. 

What we take: 

Large Appliances-That are in good working condition and less then 10 years old.

  • Refrigerators and Freezers
  • Stoves
  • Dishwashers
  • Microwaves
  • Washers and Dryers

Furniture-That are in good repair, no rips, stains, or holes, less then 10 years old. No water beds or water bed parts please.

  • Couches
  • Chairs
  • Desks (non-metal)
  • Table and chairs
  • Book shelves
  • Dressers
  • Mattresses if they are new and still in the plastic

Plumbing fixtures-That have no cracks or chips in them. Toilets must be complete (tank and bowl) and low flow. No cast iron tubs or sinks please. 

Cabinets-We prefer complete kitchen sets. Cannot take ones that have water damage or missing parts.

 

Doors-That are in good repair.  No hollow core flat panel doors please.

Windows-That do not have broken glass and has all components. No Aluminum or wooden windows please.

Lighting-That are in good working condition with all components attached.

Electrical components-Must be in good condition. No damaged wires.

Lumber-Must be at least 4ft in length and be free from nails and screws. 

Landscaping materials-Landscaping bricks must be whole pieces.

Flooring-Only new flooring. No used tile or carpet.

Home Decor- Dishes, knick-knacks, pictures, mirrors, books

Electronics- Electronics MUST BE in working order: TV's younger than 5 years old, DVD players, VHS players, radios, record players
What we DO NOT take:
  • Stuffed animals
  • Clothes
  • Hats/Shoes
  • Bags/Purses
  • Appliances smaller than microwave
  • Jewelry
  • Aluminum or wooden windows
  • Cast iron sinks or tubs
  • Water beds or water bed parts
  • Computers or computer parts
  • Metal desks
  • Used Flooring (carpet, tile,etc...)
  • Lumber that is shorter than 4ft in length
  • Bedding or other material
  • We will accept mattresses ONLY if they are in their original packaging

The following we cannot accept due to health and safety issues:

  • Strollers
  • Car seats
  • Play-pins
  • High chairs
  • Paint from the public or contractors
  • Fire extinguishers
  • Smoke alarms
  • Water Heaters
  • Propane tanks
