Volunteer
To volunteer:
1. Click on the VolunteerUp! button above and register yourself as a new volunteer.
2. After registering, sign-up for a volunteer orientation in the store. Print out the liability waiver and bring it with you. Volunteer orientations are at 10am and 2pm every day in the store.
3. Upon completion of your orientation you will gain access to sign-up for any open volunteer shifts at the ReStore using VolunteerUp!
*Please note: unless you make special arrangements, you will not be able to begin your first volunteer shift the day of your volunteer orientation.

Shifts: 9am-12pm, 12pm-2pm, 2pm-4pm, 4pm-6pm
We do not take walk-ins. You must schedule shifts online or contact us.
Volunteer Positions
Receiving Bay: process donations by sorting and cleaning.
Home Furnishings: Organize sales floor and assist customers.
Sales Floor: Assist customers with purchases and organize sales floor.
Floater: Assist on sales floor where needed and help cover breaks.
Special Tasks (Position must be staff approved. Ask a staff member if you are eligible for one of these positions.)
Book Store Assistant: Organize, clean, price, and shelve books in our book store.
Truck Assistant: Assist with item deliveries and donation pick-ups.
Computer Whiz: Assist with data entry, graphic design and or web design work.
Handy Man/Woman: Fix broken donations (electronics, furniture, woodwork, etc.). You let us know your specialty!
Community Service:
We welcome individuals who need to serve some community service hours. Due to new policies, we will not be able to accept anyone who has a history of theft or violence, no matter the lack of severity of the case. If anyone is under the age of 18, they must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver before they start their service. Unfortanely, we do not accept anyone who is under the age of 16. If the person is under the age of 18 and has been legally emanicpated, you must show documentation proving this before starting service.
